Matt Murdock has all the advantages here, people don't expect a blind guy to be lying, he's a lawyer meaning he has practiced elocution and presentation, and experience with professional liars, then the whole extended senses for knowing if people are buying it or not.

I'm gonna go with Matt Murdock.
Why? Half the time Peter Parker lies to someone, you can see the half-Spider-Man mask on his face. Dead giveaway!
Also, the lies are in the eyes. Sunglasses are the perfect block for anyone looking for tells. And sunglasses are standard attire for long walks on the beach.
I think that about covers it.

I've gotta go with Murdoch as being the better liar. Too much experience
with out as a lawyer, all powers aside.
Bonus points of course go to Ryan for working in long walks on the beach
