We kinda have the Wolverine bad guy clones a couple of ways now, and they're not THAT good of bad guys, IMO.  So I'll say Cyborg.

seems like both of them would be fairly TYPICAL if they were badguys - tho' the one GOOD thing about WOLVERINE if he were a badguy, he woudln't be in NEARLY as many books anymore.

The Wolverine I know (or, at least knew, back when I was reading new comics), had a certain idiosyncratic "code of honor" that wouldn't allow him to be a villian, so I'll pick Cyborg
