Madrox has better plot potential I'd think. But I'd rather see JB draw Dazzler.

Back in the day, Dazzler.  It's less because of CC's involvement than it is because of JB's strengths at that point in time.  JB's visual fireworks make this a slam dunk back in the day.  Now, if the question were today, I'd go with Madrox.  I think CC would (and did!) do fine with either, but JB has gotten really good at facial expressions over the years, and a small army of the same guy with different expressions painstakingly drawn would be awesome.  Also, there aren't many street level mutants it seems, and it doesn't get much more street level than a guy with no special abilities other than the power to be a whole buncha guys.

I go with lim on this. I like Ross's paintings but for panel to panel story telling it's Lim. also, after Byrne and Kirby, Lim's is the Galactus that pops to mind.
