Hawkeye overall, more consistantly great. Both have truly had their moments to shine though!

Definitely the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

The Frightful Four have the problem of that revolving door fourth spot. They are more like the Frightful Three with whomever else they can round up at any particular time.
