You almost can't have one without the other, but since Wanda's powers were later defined as unconscious practical omnipotence, and we already had a Formerly-Fainting Fantastic Female with those exact abilities on the team, I'd say Quicksilver. A bigot amongst the persecuted.  Could have been an interesting dynamic. Wanda does have significantly greater visual appeal, though.
