More of a cloak, you think?  Trying to avoid semantics as I am going to be trotting out a LOT of "cape" showdowns in the coming weeks, and while I wouldn't call what Storm wears a cape, it's too awesome not to get its day in the thread.

Yeah, it is a cloak, actually has a name, Cloak of "Something Yadda Yadda", I'm a little weak on my Dr. Strange lore...
