Avengers.  Stick with the original lineup plus Cap vs. Ultron as created by Hank Pym (to staunch any potential bitching from critics about Ant-Man)

i would RATHER see a good JLA movie over an Avengers movie, but i have more faith in an Avenger's movie POSSIBLY being watchable at this point

All things being equal and that they were both well done I'd go with-

JLA: Superman, Batman, GL (Jordan), Flash (Barry), Aquaman, WW, J'onn J'onzz

Villain: Professor Ivo with Amazo

Cameo's by other recognizable villains ie Cheetah, Capt. Cold, Riddler etc.

I like this idea, but will probobly think of something better as soon as I post this, lol
