Man, those O'Neil/Adams issues of Green Lantern/Green Arrow were great. On some level, they feel a little dated, as there's definitely an early '70s vibe to them. But the dynamic between the two characters definitely clicked and still holds up today.
What made these stories different from and superior to other politically-themed comics like, say, Civil War, is that both Green Arrow and Green Lantern are still portrayed as heroes. They disagree on the best course of action, but both are good guys who never lose sight of right and wrong. I wouldn't want to see every superhero comic become a primer on social issues, but this run worked for me.
Oh, and to answer your question, I'll go with Green Lantern. Long answer to a short question!
