Kingpin and The Hulk vs. Iron Man for me. Dunno why.

Friday 2/6 toss-up: which morally ambiguous character was worse for superhero comics - Wolverine or The Punisher?

I don't know what you mean by worse for Marvel, but for worse period I'll go with--

Well, they've both been highly successful, so I'm not sure either is "worse."

I never bought the Punisher as a hero, though. But he made a great Spider-Man foe.

Wolverine started the anti-hero trend and ushered in a wave of wannabes, though I like(d) Wolverine when he was written well. Punisher should never have been considered a hero and works best as a foil for Spider-Man or Daredevil. I never really like the Punisher. It seemed to me that he should be easily stopped if any of the heroes really wanted to. So, Punisher.
