I don't see how Cyclops could ever be an Avenger or the member of any other team. Whither Cyclops goest, the X-Men go.

That's the way I see it, too, Michael. Cyclops' entire identity is tied in to being an X-Man, a student of Charles Xavier and a mutant. I don't see how he could ever be a member of any other team (and, yes, I remember X-Factor. But they were just the original X-Men under a different name.)

So the answer to the question is Marvel Girl by default.

Marvel Girl.  See Bruce's answer.  Though I think that a subtle power struggle between two alpha males like Cap and Cyclops could make for some fun reading
