As much as I love Mr. Miracle, and the Kirby design. I would have to say Banshee's costume design is better.

Mr Miracle...that costume is so darn busy, but it still works!  Banshee's is cool, but he looks like a leprechaun complete with porkchop sideburns and pipe...why do all Irish characters have to be stereotypes.  He's dressed in green and has red hair...I get it, that's short hand for Irish
