Wow. You know, the more I see of work of Ross Andru and Mike Esposito,
the more I realize that the two guys have yet to receive the proper accolades
for their talent. They were the real thing.

Those Mego pics are terrific!

And I haven't thought about the 7-11 Slurpee cups for years.  I only had a couple of them, but that was a great merchandising idea.  (Remember those?  When a kid could buy a piece of merchandise for a buck or two?  As opposed to, say, statues and busts that cost upwards of two hundred bucks?)

[sigh]  Nostalgia is fun.

Hey! I had that Thor plastic pillow! Also, My Dad used to fix the Megos by stringing new rubber bands through them!
