My turn to share. I should have my Gene Colan Dr. Strange commission in my hands tomorrow. Fortunately I have a scan to share with you all.

I'm really glad I sent off an email to Gene and Adrienne Colan back in December. I got a nice Jonah Hex that I gave as a gift and a Dr. Strange for myself.

This is going to be seriously embarassing if the answer is "No", but is that Colan piece squashed vertically? I look at it, and think I'm supposed to be seeing something more like this:

No clue, JB. I only have the scan at this moment. It should be arriving tomorrow. If my Fed-Ex tracker is to be believed. So I will update when I have more info. Thanks for the kudos, Gerry & Ryan.

Congrats, Trevor.  Gene's pencil work is superb, as always.

Thanks, Brian. I hope I can get the Jonah Hex scanned. I was amazed when I saw that in February. I gave that as a birthday gift and wanted to keep it for myself! I should be able to scan that in the next few weeks. I'll be sure to post it here.

I've been a busy shopper over the past couple of days. I've got 5 pages of art heading my way in the next week or so.

3 pieces by Matt Broome from a Sci-Fi comic he did called Defcon4

I also have 2 pages by Mike Perkins coming to me as well. I know this will sound strange, but I like his art on this series more than I like Steve Epting's.
from Captain America #23

This is going to be a gift for a certain woman in my life. She doesn't know it yet. We were looking at the artwork that Mike did for the Elektra movie adaptation and she liked this page, mainly for the cabin.

I was originally going to get this double page splash, but decided to get those 3 pages instead. maybe sometime in the future if it's still available, I might pick it up.
