Wow! That's got a lot going on. How big is the finished piece?

I have Bob Layton on my list of artists I want a commission from. Your piece is nice. I really like it. Out of curiousity what exactly did you request? Was it specific characters and Bob choose how to place them or did you have something specific in mind?

Yeah what Trevor asked. What does all that "Marvel Two-In-One Lost Issue" stuff mean? Neat commission. I'm sure Layton enjoyed a request that didn't include Iron Man.

TrevorK: I asked Bob for a double page spread that would include specific characters. I threw together a really rough layout for Bob to work from.
JoeH: If you look at the larger CAF gallery in which that image sits, everything is explained.

That is some amazing commission-ing! How about you commission the next NEXT MEN comic from JB?

No can do, Joe. I've had my one shot at commissioning a comic book. I got from it everything that I wanted. Time for someone else (with deep pockets and a love of Next Men) to have their turn.

Congratulations, Brian. Nifty looking Layton piece.
O and the comic looks interesting. I'll definitely have a look at it later. :)

Just received my commission from a local artist, Tony Guaraldi-Brown. I wanted a new version of the classic Hulk # 255 cover and this is what I got! Needless to say I am very pleased with the results and will be going back to Tony for a few more pieces.
