I remember Ari when he was just starting, truly the apprentice has become the master (he knows what I mean). A superb Batman collection.

The Kubert piece is brilliant.

I assume Ari has these all stored in a cave somewhere...

How many Batman pieces is it now?

Is his Batman collection bigger than your Dr Strange one?

I feel inadequate with my 3 sketches and one painting :)

I just got an email from Jim Warden that the two Doom Patrol covers (#4 and 9) I bought are on the way.  Yea!  Both of these are covers had areas of blank space where the colorist was to fill in (mainly Rita's uniform and hair),

JB was kind enough to agree to finish inking the pieces free of charge.  According to Jim, when JB has done this for customers, he has asked that a donation be made to a non-profit group fighting breast cancer, which I also believe is a worthwhile cause.  I decided to donate to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.

Here are the before and after images of the covers.  What a big difference the black ink makes.  The pieces look amazing.  Thanks JB for taking time out of your busy schedule to do this.

Ektually, I spotted those blacks on the scans I sent in
to DC. Much quicker than doing it by hand, as I did
when Jim brought them to me at your request.

It's something I've been playing with, since I started
sending the artwork in on disc. On the recent
Romulan job, for instance, all the space scenes and
many of the costume blacks were spotted in the
computer.

(Incidentally, those critters under Antarctica were
without doubt the most fun -- if most time
consuming! -- aliens I have ever designed/drawn.)
