That looks more like an interpretation of Dormammu than Mephisto.

It really doesn't look all that off from, say, John Buscema's version to me.

It's the tongue-'n'-drool that threw me. Haven't seen that before. Doesn't really fit the Mephisto I know. That's why I wondered if, in this post-Venom world, that's how he's drawn.

I like it.  :)  It looks like a blend of the classic Buscema with the freaky JRJR version (the tongue).

Sadly, I don't know when Mephisto last appeared in a Marvel Comic. But his entry at Marvel's website looks like the 'classic' version.
