Here are the contents of my package that arrived from Jim Warden today:

This now gives me seven of JB's Fourth World pages in my collection and my "Family Squabble" commission is one of only five (I think) commissions featuring Fourth World characters.  The Demon page is something I've been meaning to pick up for a long time.  I absolutely loved the art on that whole series.

Oh!  I should add that the new Demon page is my first interior art page of the "no lettering era".  I very much prefer lettering on the art so new art without lettering is a major deterent to me.  I just had to have a Demon page and it works without the lettering.

****

Thanks Ari.  Good question.  Best answer I can give you is probably eventually.  I'm thinking of trying to get at least a couple pieces professionally framed per year.  As of right now I only have four pieces of my whole collection professionally framed.  I do have a connection that can get me a 30% discount on framing.  It's hard to spend the money on framing when the same amount can buy me more art!

I hate the no lettering era.  I feel like something is missing.  It's like you're missing out on the context of the page.

That suprises me that there should only be five Fourth World related commission; I believe my Big Barda standard was the first of them.

Pure curiosity...why is it other people post Aric's art so often?  Is it because he buys so much, he simply can't keep up himself?   LOL!
