There are quite a few artists who either have eBay stores or have dealers who sell their work on eBay, and you can get the contact info that way. Steve Rude has a store on eBay, and I found the info on Ed Benes through eBay because his dealer sells art on there. (Unfortunately, the info doesn't do many any good at the moment, but still.....)
You can also find the contact info for quite a bit of artists on http://www.comicartfans.com
I won the auction on a fairly nice Wonder Woman piece on eBay earlier, but its not by an actual comic artist - its by one of the D9 Arts crew. Unfortunately, its probably the only piece of art I'll be acquiring this month......
