Ha! Maybe it was the Phoenix force that made her get them.

Thanks for checking out my CAF gallery Gerry. It's a lot of fun.

Yeah, He should have drawn her with a big head, short arms, six fingers, wonky legs and sitting in a chair.

Jeff, I understand you have some frustrations with the forum and maybe even JB. If this place isn't your cup of tea, why do you stick around? I'm not trying to start any online battle, I'm just saying there is an endless supply of websites to kill time on. Why choose the one where you don't enjoy the interaction of it's members?

I'm not trying to say that. I just don't understand the animosity some folks hold towards the site, while still coming back for the "treatment" they don't think is fair. If I go to a store and don't get treated the way I want, I might go out and bitch and moan to anyone who will listen. That is my preogative. But it seems foolish to go back to the same store over and over almost looking to be treated poorly again by antagonizing folks. After that I can't really complain about the service.

Sorry Zaki, I just wanted to make myself clear on my stance. I didn't know if you were giving me a little rib or someone else.

Paul, you are correct, I have actually become a contradictory ass here lately.  I took a sabatical, and then I decided to only post information not opinions, but that only lasted two weeks.  What you saw as humor, I saw as a shot at Bob Layton.  I do not think my negative attitude is in the minority here at the JBF.  Read the threads, DC sucks, Marvel sucks, the are doing this wrong, they have destroyed this character, blue should be black, blah, blah blah.

I find JB's attitude towards other creators, the companies who made him money, and fans who give him money, appalling and unprofessional. It is Marvel comics, not ^^*****, show some respect, or send the checks back when they reprint your work.

This is all Zaki's fault.

Zaki has done it again.

And it came off as a potshot against Layton to me also. Perhaps if JB gave the respect that he seems to demand for himself there would be several more active posters still on this site and more current published work from JB in the comic shops?

Jeff's comment may come off as negative but they are similar in tone to comments JB has put out there about other artists.

I am extremely pleased. And yes John's comment did come off as putting
down Bob's art but that is John's opinion and he is entitled to it. Doesn't
affect my enjoyment of my commission in the least.
