Gorgon and Medusa both refer to themselves as being 'Inhuman' as I recall, but before they use the word, I'm sure they say things along the lines of 'you humans' (implying of course that the speaker was something else) in reference to others. There's also a bit of to-ing and fro-ing about whether or not they're 'human' at all, when they first reveal themselves. They certainly regard homo sapiens as beneath them.

Yeah, Jae Lee started out horribly in Marvel Comics Presents and Namor but has evolved into his own distinctive style.  One issue i had with the Jenkins/Lee Inhumans series is Black Bolt's costume.  On the zig-zagging grey bolts on his torso, the colorist (Villaruba?) colored them where it made him look like an accordian.
JB's Inhumans were my first real exposure to them.  never really cared for them until then.

Oh, yes. Jae Lee's Inhumans and, slightly less so, Fantastic Four 1234, are beautiful.

IMP.

I don't want to highjack the thread, and if I should redirect this, so be it.

Who are cooler, the Inhumans, the Eternals, the New Gods, the Asgardians, the DC Olympians, or the Marvel Olmpians?

For me, and the reason I am posting it here, is that I just love the Inhumans.  And, in direct competition, I don't know if they are lessor to the New Gods.  Both are just cool. The Eternals never quite stuck out to me. They seemed too derivative of the Olympians, Inhumans, and New Gods.

Both the Inhumans and the New Gods can be a lot of fun.  I've read more New Gods stuff, so I'd give them the edge.

Oh, and the Alan Davis art is (as always) INCREDIBLE!

My biggest regret (after missing JBs career defining run on FF) about leaving comics when I did is that I never saw Alan Davis' art when I was a big enough comics fan to really appreciate it....wish I could take a few issues back in time to my fourteen year old self and say 'Look at this, isn't it just f++king brilliant??'
