I've always liked Shamrock. You know, as much as some of the characters who debuted during "Contest of Champions" were cliched, I really think many of them had potential.

I'm not sure elegant and patriotic belong in the same sentence, but the Guardian costume is an excpetional example of the marriage of both terms.
