That shouldn't matter, should it? Not when the character is intended for all ages. You could use that same argument to defend the use of Luke Cage in that infamous anal sex image.

Didn't the inker add the nipples to the shot?
I'm torn on the all ages as well.Sure, this was a pricier book and aimed at mature readers, but it did feature a character who also starred in an all-ages book. A lot of titles back then seemed to be stretching beyond the old limits. At the time I saw no problem with it. Looking back, there are a few pages in that book (thinking the interrogation scene) that I wouldn't place in a kid-friendly book or featuring a kid-friendly character.

Yes. I asked for them to be removed. Shooter said no.As to the "all ages" element -- Shooter was pushing for the GNs to be more "mature", but still be (mostly) Marvel Universe properties. In the She-Hulk GN I gave him as much as I felt comfortable with -- including the above, in which a reader sees no more than could be seen on evening TV of the time.

As much as I love Mr. Byrne's art, there are plenty of 'real' pornos that I can... get my jollies on. I have no need of it in my comics.
Not that I am implying that the picture posted by the topic creator is 'dirty' or anything. It seems to be rather tame compared to what's in todays comics.

I would do about anything to get my mitts on the She Hulk GN.
Should I try Ebay? How much would it cost me these days
anyway? My kid can wait to go to college next year...

Priceless...

************************************************************ ********************************************************* Maybe it has something to do with the fact Shooter was the writer of the Dazzler book?

You're absolutely right, and I knew that - I should have said that Shooter giving trouble after having that appear in his own graphic novel boggles the mind!
