My Top Ten (tonight anyway):

Batman vs. Ras Al Ghul--The cover of the Treasury edition by Neal Adams
haunts me still.

Hulk vs. Avengers Big Guns--Nice fight and politics.

Daredevil vs. Namor--DD showing that never give in attitude.

Avengers vs. Ultron--And now feel the full power of my Repulsors!

Thor vs. Hercules--As much bragging as there is bruising!

Iron Man vs. The Hulk--Mind over muscle.

The Avengers vs. Nefaria--The Avengers had so many good ones in those
days of Byrne and Perez.

Odin & Thor vs. The Celestials--Just the sheer scope of the odds blew my
young mind.

Everybody vs. Galactus--Again, the scope and the stakes and even the
aside between DD and Spidey (great little moment).

Thor vs. The World Serpent--You know what has to happen and it still
amazes you.

And that leaves off Avengers vs. Korvac, Orion vs. Darkseid, DD vs.
Kingpin, etc.

G.

A fight I liked that I haven't seen mentioned is X-Men 175, Cyclops vs the rest of the X-Men (influenced by Mastermind).

Ah, so many of my favorites have already been listed, and I am loathe to try
to cull the list down to just ten. Instead I will add just one which I haven't
seen listed yet:

My all-time fave is the JB-drawn Avengers vs. superpowered Count Nefaria. Never before and after a comic book fight has pumped up my adrenaline as much as that one! Who would guess that a decadent italian nobleman would have so much fight on him?

Another good fight not mentioned here is Thanos vs. super-heroes on Infinity Gauntlet #4. You know the heroes can't win, heck THEY know they can't win, just distract the guy enough for Warlock's Big Plan be executed, but they go there anyway. Cool stuff!

Another cool one is the big, gratuitous fight on Scott McCloud's Destroy! It's just a big (REALLY big!), dumb slugfight, but McCloud magnificent storytelling and masterful pacing makes following the two (literally) muscle-bound superguys smashing their way through famous NY landmarks a great guilty pleasure. Real funny story!

In no particular order:

The future X-Men's last stand in the Days of Future Past (very brief, but very cool)

Everybody vs. Galactus

Son Goku vs. Demon King Piccolo (Dragon Ball)

Batman vs. Ra's al Ghul (the classic sword fight)

Spider-Man vs. the Green Goblin (the death of Gwen Stacy)

Spider-Man vs. Doctor Octopus (the story in which George Stacy died)

The X-Men versus Magneto... IN THE VERY HEART OF A VOLCANO ITSELF!

Negi (magician) and Asuna (tomboy) vs. Evangeline (vampiric sorceress) and Chachamaru (robot girl) in Negima volume 3

Reed vs. Doom - the time travel battle from Simonson's run

The united forces of Autobots and Decepticons versus Unicron in the Transformers comic (Scorponok's last moments still bring tears to my eyes - "You did well, old friend")
