He has a kid partner!?
Sheesh, I've just learned something new.
For some reason The absorbing man never struck me as the sort to have a "partner" but then I guess he was reformed!

He can absorb things like rubbing alcohol, but it really messes him up.

My! You certainly grow your roses fast, JB. What a lovely Hulk piece. I wish we could get a large, oversized coffee table book of JB commissions. sigh

Great piece, JB! I loved the Avengers issue you did where The Absorbing Man took on the properties of Captain America's shield. Very cool.

Even with no word balloons, I can "hear" the things each of the characters would be saying in this peice, in my head.
Amazing job Mr. Byrne.

I am so glad you went with the 'old' tall headed version of Leader over the new expanded brain version. Even though the Leader of today looks (I guess) more realistic, I just can't help having the word testicle head pop into my brain everytime I now see him.

I am so glad you went with the 'old' tall headed version of Leader over the new **** Unless the customer specifically requests otherwise, I go with the versions of characters I have drawn before, or the original versions if I have not previously handled them.

I don't know those -- I've always gone with the Staedtler-Mars Plastic
erasers. Of course, it's been so long since I've been in an art supply store, I
don't even know if they make 'em anymore (I still have about ten of the little
ones, though).
