I resisted doing an ALPHA FLIGHT book because I felt I had little to say with them, and when I read the "collected works" I see what looks to me like a whole lot of thrashing about, very much in support of that statement.

This got me thinking -- QUESTION to JB --- JB, did you write the death of Guardian out of the "thrashing around" for good storylines for AF - or - were you hoping it would solidify the book/characters for the next chapters of the series ?
