We always used tea bags for sunburn -- really works!

tea bags for sunburns? How does that work, exactly, Tom?

And wouldn't you get some really odd shaped raccoon eyes out of it? (Or raccoon chin as the case may be.)

Take the used tea-bag and open it (when cooled).  Rub the tea leaves on the sunburned area.  Honestly, it works great.  I got a VERY serious sunburn about a decade ago and some old wife did that treatment to me -- couldn't believe how well it cooled the sunburned area.

Who'd have thunk it?

Here's a few pics from Edinburgh:

Me and my writing partner Carole on High Street.

How freakin' gorgeous is this city?  This is the "old" city.  The "new" part of the city was built around 1750.

Tom, when I say I have sensitive nipples, I mean to a degree where there are very few and rare instances when anyone doing anything to them equates me experiencing pleasure from it. 99 times out 100 (at least, most likely) anyone getting close to that particular small area will more likely turn me off and go "ouch" than grow hotter.  I know that pain and pleasure are said to be closely related, and certainly think there's some truth in that, but for me personally, that particular spot rarely manages to not cross over into pain territory if handled by anyone.

O come on, Al, that's not just a single dot... Phoebe got the whole world, remember! ;)

Um... I hate doing this but the tea bag question was meant to be a joke about the other kind of teabagging.... sigh. It's not funny if I have to explain it.
