Since Polls are all the rage here at the moment here's another. I think this will probably be a two horse race. Remember you are voting on the best collection of villains not which book has the best villain.

(Sorry for the obvious bias towards Marvel here.)

Batman. Whether it's older characters like the Joker or relatively newer ones
like the Ventriloquist, his rogues are a great bunch of weirdos.

I cannot believe you put together a rogue's gallery poll and left off the only hero who actually has a captalized Rogue's Gallery. The Flash's Rogues Gallery wou;d win hands down for me. However of the list above I'd go for the Batman.

Superman's is good on the cosmic/world threatening level, but has major suckage on the routine low powered side. Never really thought of the X-Men and the Avengers as having a Rogue's Gallery - just potential members.

Sorry Jason Never really read the Flash and am pretty ignorant of who is in his rogues gallery other than Captain Boomerang.

I think the Avengers and X-Men are well justified being listed though.

The Avengers enemies include Ultron, Kang, Immortus, The Master of Evil, The Grim Reaper, Count Neferia and The Enchantress.

X-Men's villains (or potential members if you like) include Magneto, The Blob, Mastermind, The Sentinals, Sauron, The Hellfire Club, Mr Sinister, Apocalypse, Juggernaut and Sabretooth.

As much as I like Spider-Man's group of baddies, Dr. Doom and Galactus tip the scales toward the Fantastic Four.

I would like to write in for the Flash as well.  I always liked the way they tried to work together to try and stop the Flash and had complementary weapons.

FF add Submariner to Galactus and Doom
I would vote Flash first or second, sicne his rogues gallery was actually named that in the book.

Batman, though Spider-Man and FF are tied as an extremely close second.

Batman has the single best rogue's gallery for a hero, but Spider-Man and Flash are both a close second. For teams, I'd say FF and X-Men are high on the list, though the JSA, JLA and Avengers all had some cool enemies.
