I’ve been totally fascinated by master chocolatier and pastry chef, Amaury Guichon.  

The guy is an absolute master of so many artistic techniques and methods on top if being an amazing pastry chef!  His works are exquisitely detailed and best of all EDIBLE!   



Check out his videos and hopefully you’ll be as amazed as I am.
