I also got it, back in early April, and am quite pleased I did.

My BF got J&J... is there any info out there on people following it up with a Pfizer or Moderna shot? People in Canada and England who got AstraZeneca have been doing that.

"Nearly 30 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine are sitting unused, as are about 25 million of Moderna’s. But a total of 135 million people have been fully immunized with those vaccines, 11 times more than with Johnson & Johnson’s. The two-dose vaccines have a higher efficacy rate overall — roughly 95 percent versus 72 percent for Johnson & Johnson’s — but studies showed that all three were highly effective at preventing hospitalization and death."

72% is definitely not nothing though.

Haven't been very trusting of Johnson & Johnson’s for several years,so I was fortunate enough to take the Moderna shots. For what was at stake, I was encouraged by the 95 percent efficacy rate among other things.

I received the J&J vaccine in the beginning of March. In April I had the opportunity to receive the Moderna vaccine as well, so I took it (but only the first shot). Both vaccines created mild but unpleasant side effects for me, so I never went back for Moderna #2.

Side note - "Well, it's the one I got" sounds like a bawdy punchline.

I wanted the J&J but wasn't available at my local Rite Aid.
Got the Moderna shots, about a week after the second shot got what is being called "COVID arm". A small rash (for me) and an itch at the vaccine spot. Lasted a good week.

The goal is minimize hospitalizations and limit deaths...this isn't an Eradicate
Smallpox movement. The vaccines are doing just that, regardless of which one
you get.

Had my second Astra Zenica jab a couple of weeks ago, no
ill effects, not even a sore arm.

I, too, got the J&J in early April and so far, so good.
