Poor Kurt is right. And even moreso if he found out what happened to Gwen Stacy.

Kurt and Spidey would be a really fun "dynamic duo" to see together more often. They operate at a similar scale, but really differently from one another.

Beautiful overhead shot in panel three... and I agree with the consensus that your recent and current Spider-man is looking particularly fetching (not that he was chopped liver before, just sayin'... sharp work.)

Panel 1 of Page 2 looks very Dave Cockrum to me. Very fun page. Spider-Man should handle Nightcrawler rather easily one on one, but we have never seen Kurt go into a berserker rage before.

It's classic Marvel misunderstanding! Nice page!

Page 2, panel 2 is - for me - the iconic Spider-Man! Great pose, love the underarm webbing, correct eye proportions...just perfect!

A potential fight between Kurt and Peter has me thinking....

Who is the acrobatic fighting top dog in Marvel Comics?  In terms of agility and acrobatic prowess...there’s Spider-Man, Beast and Nightcrawler.   Who am I missing (who could stand a chance with those three)?  Daredevil is an amazingly gifted acrobat...but he can’t be in that class of superhuman heroes, can he?

I tend to think of Daredevil's acrobatic ability the same way I think of Batman's. Beast, Nightcrawler and Spider-Man are perhaps on another level because of their ability to stay inverted. I think I would have to give Spider-Man the edge because of his ability to adhere to even flat surfaces. I am looking forward to page three in the hopes we get a comic book staple: fighting while plummeting to the ground. =)

I get the silly fans who complain about backgrounds.  It lands under 'I think I could do that' category - rubble especially looks easy to draw on the surface but to get it right isn't that easy I'm certain. Backgrounds are like that - we all think we can draw a tree or make a pile of garbage on a page.  And yes, we all can do that but to do it so it looks believable and fits with the rest of the page?  No.

Today's page lands under the fights many want to see - the two most agile in Marvel fighting (odds are they are, not sure who else qualifies).  Kurt can teleport and make Spidey sick (assuming that was part of his teleporting from early on, can't recall for certain) but Spidey has a massive strength advantage plus experience.  Now, a pure gymnastics competition I'd put money on Kurt, but a fight on Peter.

Will this mean a not so happy-go-lucky 'fuzzy elf' character for Kurt Wagner now? That would be worth it! The guy should seem scary to most people I would think, he was outright attacked in the past, and that never did seem like something that would make for a particularly jolly person to me. If anything you might think he'd have been the one most on the edge of being a villain, yet Wolverine and Sunfire seemed to have more of an attitude. Nightcrawler was the only one who just couldn't go anywhere without big problems... until someone thought of the 'image inducer' psuedo-power gizmo from nowhere anyway (and that was about as bad an idea as saying Hank McCoy could make such a fabulous rubber mask and hand gloves of his human appearance, plus back straightener, that even close-up nobody noticed. I guess later he used an extra 'image inducer'? I hope Amanda's death fixes Nightcrawler. That would be good!

Both Nightcrawler and Spider-Man have multiple abilities, though Aunt May's favorite nephew appears to have the edge in that regard. So how does the specialist rule apply here?
