Not sure how I feel about this yet, but I love Tatiana Maslany. Even when ORPHAN BLACK went off the rails plotwise, she was always watchable.

Yup.  Im on board.  Im kicking myself for never thinking of Maslany for the role.  But the cast is just bonkers cool to me!

I am VERY hyped up for the MCU to get rolling on Disney+.

Another example of Marvel productions being better than they need to be. Maslany is THE actress of her generation, and I'd like to see her in roles that can better utilize her talent. That said, I've been dreading the possibility of seeing her relegated to playing wife and girlfriend parts supporting aging action stars, so this is at least substantial.

Maslany is THE actress of her generation

**********
I've never heard of her, and doing a quick scan of IMDB, I only even recognize a couple project names out of everything she's appeared in.  Glad the reactions here so far have been positive, at least!

Check out Orphan Black. It's hard to specifically recommend without spoiling, but over the course of 50 episodes she conclusively demonstrated that, with one exception, she can do anything as an actress.

I have little interest in She-Hulk as a character but I've
recently become a huge fan of Tatiana Maslany. I just
finished Season 3 of ORPHAN BLACK and plan to commence with
Season 4 very soon. She's super-talented and not even
remotely difficult to look at!

As Jennifer Walters, surely.

Very talented actress, with a wild range of acting
skills.
Can see her as Jennifer Walters. As She-Hulk, well, let
see.
But the duality of the character, yeah, she can probably
manage...

I'm sure this will be similar to how we saw Ruffalo in Endgame...Disney has
shown it isn't afraid to put a lot of money into their streaming series. I don't
think we'll need to worry about forced perspective and green make-up.

I have to admit that I was impressed how they were able to have the Hulk look like the Hulk, with Ruffalo's face as the template at the same time (And I'm not even talking about the "smart Hulk" from Endgame). I just hope they don't screw it up and depict her like the current She-Hulk in the comics - basically a bulked up Hulk with long hair and breasts.

I loved her on Orphan Black! I'm crossing my fingers that her She-Hulk will be the fun, smart and sexy Sensational She-Hulk and not the...thing running around in comics right now.

I had little time for She-Hulk until FF 285 (awesome issue).
