Kamala Harris' employees prosecuted this guy for murder. Sentenced for life, he spent seven years in jail before getting his conviction overturned. He felt like Harris showed up at his conviction for a celebration:

Joe, I'm just shocked to find out Kamala Harris is not perfect. Should I cast a meaningless vote for a third-party candidate who is less flawed? Maybe I should just write in my own name on the ballot, as that would guarantee I'd be voting for someone who perfectly embodies my values and beliefs. The purpose of voting isn't to influence public policy, is it? It's to make a personal statement about my values.

Don't take the bait that Zhang is offering. He's doing it on purpose. He wants to draw you in and then snare you in bullshit. Not worth your time.

Everyone has flaws. Everyone makes mistakes.
Do people learn from their mistakes? Do people grow from their mistakes?
What do you want Joe? You post negative about Trump and now are pretty much focusing negative on Harris.
So what do you want? Be constructive, post a viable solution to the things you see as wrong.
I attack Trump - some would say obsessively. I see Biden and Harris as a solution, a viable alternative. What do you see?
Which would you prefer? If it's Trump, you lens is well askew.

I’ve voted Libertarian for the last two elections, because I felt that candidate most closely represented my views. I am voting Biden/Harris this time to do my best to remove someone who represents values I dislike so, so much.
I would no matter what, but it also made me feel a whole lot better hearing Biden’s speech as well. Not only was it of presidential quality, but I can tell that he holds values that represent mine.

Almost all the Trump voters I personally know readily admit that his style is an obviously bad traditional fit for the presidency -- but they think his policies and, yes, achievements are excellent. In their assessment, the good far outweighs the bad. I live in Nassau County, New York, where in 2016 Clinton beat Trump, but not by a great margin, 307K versus 275K votes -- and in neighboring Suffolk County, Trump actually won, by 328K versus 276K. While New York as a state is clearly not in play for Trump in 2020, if his support even here is not soft, Biden should be fighting on the ground in true swing states for every single vote possible -- he'll need 'em!

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California, so I honest to goodness have yet to meet an admitted Trump voter. I am sure I HAVE, of course, just none who will fess up to the "crime".

I live in the SF Bay Area too. I know many Trump supporters and someone who follows QAnon. They all baffle me.

I’ve voted Libertarian for the last two elections, because I felt that candidate most closely represented my views. •• Which means you wasted your vote, unless the majority in your state voted the same way. Electoral College. Democracy? What democracy?

I voted for Perot in '92. I was 18 and young/stupid.
He won 20% of the popular vote...but 0% of the electoral vote.
'Nuff Said.
