More's the pity. I'd rather see the introduction of Ryan Choi than have LEGENDS continue with its bogus version of Ray Palmer.

Ryan is being introduced during the CRISIS crossover.

I stopped watching all the CW superhero shows long ago, except for BLACK LIGHTNING, which I've never watched at all.)

*********

Same here I used to really like Flash and Arrow watched Legends for a time then I just lost interest.

I still watch all the shows, but I am glad ARROW is ending. The last two seasons have not been good at all. Keeping Diaz around as long as they did was a mistake. The future segments last season were the worst part of the show, and now the point of that might have been to backdoor pilot a new series. NO THANKS. If we have to have a spinoff, I'd rather it be the rest of Team Arrow carrying on without Oliver, or Diggle getting a certain piece of glowing green jewelry. (My preferable spinoff happening has already been kiboshed, since they're not allowed to use the character again: DEATHSTROKE.)

THE FLASH used to be my favorite of the shows, but now that's SUPERGIRL. THE FLASH is still good, but Tom Cavanaugh playing different versions of the same character from alternate universes each season is getting old, and Reverse-Flash is a crutch. (My least favorite season was easily the one with The Thinker as the main villain.)

The Flash’s Tom Cavanagh will be playing Pariah in the crossover.

Also hearing a lot of buzz about Lynda Carter appearing as an older Wonder Woman! Crisis is definitely going to be an EVENT this winter!

Can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

There's been some news reports that Brandon Routh will be leaving Legends of Tomorrow during (or shortly after) the CW Crisis event.

He's already been confirmed as leaving at some point, but Legends' regular season doesn't start until after the other shows. Its involvement will be a special episode.

And Courtney Ford, who plays Nora Dahrk, is also leaving. Didn't know until recently that she's Routh's real life wife. They've been married since 2007.

I just hope they bring in some decent replacements. I am not a fan of Mona, who they introduced last season.

****

I found that out yesterday. Good! I hope they do him justice. I like him.

Routh looks good in the KINGDOM COME Superman costume. Further proof that there's no objective need to overhaul Superman's traditional "look" to create a good-looking costume.

Put Tyler Hoechlin or Henry Cavill in a "Christopher Reeve Superman" suit but make it out of whatever materials are being used for superhero movies and TV shows these days and it'll look great

I'm surprised they haven't tried to rope Gerard Christopher and Stacy Haiduk in to these events yet.

Routh has the squarest jaw. Potentially a wonderful Superman, but obviously it didn't come together at the first attempt. Was not a fan of Kingdom Come, despite the wonderful art, but let's hope this version gives him the chance to better show what he can do a second time around.

Edited to add an unfortunate but very necessary negative regarding Mr Routh's first attempt.

I just read where they’re trying to get Nic Cage to play a Superman in this.

If only they could afford him... or better yet, Michael Keaton as the elder Bruce Wayne!!!

I look at the Burton/Cage Superman movie as the train wreck we were spared.

(Not saying that what we got instead was good, but still...)
