John, I'm thinking about getting one too, but the only
day left for tickets is Thursday. Any reason to think
one couldn't pick one up and get it signed Thursday? It
looks like you will be there signing that day. Is that
correct?

Having found myself in a similar situation, Anyone who is interested in purchasing a copy but can not attend the NYCC, let me know. 

I'll be attending all four days so depending on the number of people asking, I am willing to pick up and ship to buyer (so long as the buyer pays S&H).

The swell folks at IDW have kindly allowed me to sit beside JB at each of his IDW signings at the NYCC.  I'll have a couple of portfolios of JB's artwork with me and will be glad to bring along any specific art requests.

I will have the first public offering of pages from ELSEWHEN # 2 as well as all the remaining pages from ELSEWHEN # 1 with me at the show.
