And the rest...Sunday, 9/15 - 49ers at Bengals
- Vikings at Packers - Last season, this first meeting ended in a tie. Not this year. I think our D is top five and going to give Rodgers and Co. fits. SKOL!!!
- Bills at Giants - No faith in either QB, but I think the Bills have the better D.
- Jaguars at Texans - Poor Jags fans. What looked like a promising season teeters on the brink after only one week.
- Chargers at Lions
- Seahawks at Steelers - Bounce back game. Also, I don't think the Chickens looked all that great against the Bungles.
- Cowboys at Redskins
- Patriots at Dolphins - I know, I know. The Dolphins have won the last 3 of 4 at home vs the Pats. This ain't that Dolphins team. Blowout.
- Cardinals at Ravens
- Colts at Titans
- Chiefs at Raiders
- Saints at Rams - Hardest game of the week to pick for me. Going with the home team.
- Bears at Broncos
- Eagles at Falcons
Monday, 9/16 Over to you, Hagerman!

I gotta tell ya - I had five disagrees, but I didn't like that. So I took the three I have the most confidence in.
Sunday, 9/15 - 49ers at Bengals - I thought the 49ers looked decent, but Tampa Bay didn't get thrashed. Meanwhile, Cincinnati went into Seattle and played well. Maybe the Steelers will be the worst team in the division this year?
- Vikings at Packers - I reversed field on this one. Let's see how that goes.
- Bills at Giants - Bills up by ten in the fourth when Eli gets pulled.
- Jaguars at Texans - Texans offense is scary. Defense got stymied, but offense was scary.
- Chargers at Lions (MATT DISAGREES!!) - This one surprised me. So I'll be doubly surprised if I lose.
- Seahawks at Steelers - After settling for a field goal last week down 20-0, I feel like this team is rudderless. I don't miss Ben "I am gonna slide defenders off my back until someone gets open" Roethlisberger, but I am fucking sick of Ben "WHAT!? I don't want this football eek getitawayfromme" Roethlisberger.
- Cowboys at Redskins - Just sad. Possible shutout.
- Patriots at Dolphins - Patriots might be surprised to see a team resisting them after last week's scrimmage.
- Cardinals at Ravens - It won't be the same Ravens that killed the Dolphins, but 'twill serve.
- Colts at Titans (MATT DISAGREES!!) - Getting back on the Colts train! Choo choo!
- Chiefs at Raiders - Raiders might show up! You never know with division games.
- Saints at Rams (MATT DISAGREES!!) - You really never know with division games.
- Bears at Broncos - I ran away from this one. That home field advantage is enticing, but that Bears defense could make this a bloodbath.
- Eagles at Falcons - Bird fight!
Monday, 9/16 - Browns at Jets - No clue. I bet ESPN is wishing they could flex Monday night games...

My thinking is they picked Browns vs. Jets as a Monday night game because it was expected to either be an easy win by a vastly improved Browns team and their long suffering fans, or a competitive game.
Instead, its going to be a game between two teams where the winners suck less.
I almost considering picking the Jets before Darnold was announced as out, but I'd have changed it to the Browns after it was revealed if I had.
Add the Panthers to the list alongside the Dolphins when it comes to teams I don't see myself picking to win much, if any, this season after the way they played Tampa Bay. Is Cam Newton trying to get himself benched?

Wrong. It's the 50th anniversary of MNF. The first MNF game ever played was fifty years ago and the teams? The Browns vs the Jets. That's the reason this is on the schedule.

Juicy picks, Hagerman. I have to admit, I waffled on two out of the three.

Sunday, 9/15 - 49ers at Bengals
- Vikings at Packers - Minnesota impressive last week but Rodgers is 7-2-1 over them at Lambeau and he's healthy.
- Bills at Giants - Two straight road games at Met Life, two straight wins.
- Jaguars at Texans - Houston BBQ
- Chargers at Lions - LA's defense is in doubt.
- Seahawks at Steelers
- Cowboys at Redskins - Teams trending in opposite directions.
- Patriots at Dolphins Dolphins cover big spread but Pats win.
- Cardinals at Ravens
- Colts at Titans
- Chiefs at Raiders Could have taken Oakland and think this will be closer than expected.
- Saints at Rams - One of the best games of the week.
- Bears at Broncos Both teams looked bad last week.
- Eagles at Falcons Ryan 57-29 at home, Eagles defense overrated.
Monday, 9/16 - Browns at Jets Cleveland needs this bad to cover the stench of Tennessee's smackdown last week.

Well, the Lions beat the Chargers, so I am in fact double-surprised. And the Rams beat the Brees-less Saints, although they may well have won it anyway. At least I was right about the Colts. So I'm a game back of the Mattress (Mattster? I dunno.). If I'd taken the Packers and Seahawks I'd be a game up. But if I'd been exposed to cosmic rays I might have superpowers. Alternate Earth Kevin may be winning, but not me.

Some close wins gives me a satisfying 12-3 with one to go. It's early but the Patriots' offense (and unexpectedly dominant D) are looking better than last year's squad.

Sunday, 9/15 - 49ers at Bengals - Wrong
- Vikings at Packers - Wrong. After we spotted the Pack a quick 21 points, our D shut them down. Cook showed his explosiveness and the game had all the makings of an amazing 4th Q comeback...except for two things. Highly questionable OPI calls against the Vikes and Cousins' inexcusable INT on 1st and Goal. This one hurt.
- Bills at Giants - Right
- Jaguars at Texans - Right
- Chargers at Lions - Right. HAGERMAN WRONG!
- Seahawks at Steelers - Wrong.
- Cowboys at Redskins - Right
- Patriots at Dolphins - Right
- Cardinals at Ravens - Right
- Colts at Titans - Wrong. HAGERMAN RIGHT.
- Chiefs at Raiders - Right
- Saints at Rams - Right. HAGERMAN WRONG!
- Bears at Broncos - Right. Craziest ending to an NFL game I've seen in a while.
- Eagles at Falcons - Wrong.
9-6 with one game left. 2-1 v Hagerman with no more disagreements.
