If you don't like shiny paper, the Epic Collections are the way to go. They aren't over-sized like the Omnibuses are but the paper isn't glossy. They also are half the size but still offer a good chunk of stories so a lot less unwieldy to read, usually around 20-25 issues. Hopefully Marvel eventually collects all of the She-Hulk stuff in Epic Collection format for the folks that hate the shiny paper.

Edit: There are also the original two TPB collections, though I'm not sure what kind of paper they have. The first is fairly easy to find at a good price but not the second. I believe both are OOP.

Scott Barnett: " Does anyone else now want to read NUNS
AND NAZIS, by John Byrne?"Or it is just me?

JB: "IT'S JUST YOU!!!!!"

Wouldn’t that just be a comics adaptation of The Sound of Music..? Mind you, if the chief drew it...

Due to negative feedback about the new colors both here and on the article that Bleedingcool managed to get out of JB's comments about it here and on Near Mint Condition's original post with the recolored cover, Marvel has reversed its decision on the new colors and now will use the original colors. I guess they saw almost no one liked what this colorist did and thought it could negatively impact sales on what is a rather pricey collection. I was likely going to get it either way, but I did not like those new colors at all. Here's Near Mint Condition's post about it.

Originally the She-Hulk by JB Omnibus was scheduled to come out in April but was delayed due to COVID-19.  It has now been released!  I see it listed among the new items on instocktrades.com.  Now I just have to decide which cover to get!

You should already have one or three! Do you receive comp copies of anything anymore?

I have it set up so I get comps of things I ask for. Otherwise I would end up with small mountains of books in which I have only a few pages.

I had pre-ordered this along with a whole load of other books back pre-COVID. Those books that have been allegedly released are still struggling to make it over here. Might have to try and look in a few places else I might miss out on this and had been looking forward to it.

Mine showed up today!  Earlier than I was expecting for some reason, but I'm not complaining.

The traditional colors on the "Sensational She-Hulk" graphic novel from '85 look very "real".  It's amazing what it's possible to reproduce with modern printing.

Disappointed with the printing. Lot of drop outs that I don’t remember from the original issues.
