Here are mine, and I am limiting my list to those books that were outright cancelled and not revived (or had been cancelled at their last revival and have not yet been resserected). I realize it's a bit hard, seeing as the characters may have been further used elsewhere, just not in their own series. Thus, as much as I'd love to see a Rip Hunter, Time Master revived, his later history and character has been too mucked up to pick up with issue #30, so I didn't include it in my list. Other, less used characters, I've considered.

X-MEN: THE HIDDEN YEARS HAWKEYE (The combo of Clint Barton and Kate Bishop are fine) THE GHOST RIDER (The western version, somehow using the original Carter Slade character, even though he was killed off. There are ways to reverse this, I'm sure)
DC
HAWK & DOVE (with Dawn, not Don). If it's ever revived, I'l love it if the principal and supporting cast were also used again, and placed back in the College setting. LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES (I know it's coming, but it's not with the early 20's version, which were last seen in Action Comics) THE SECRET SIX (with the original cast, maybe without the threat held over them, since continuity revealed who Mockingbird was) DIAL H FOR HERO - with young teenage Robby Reed (not the criminal asshole) THE CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN (The original four, along with June Robbins)
