Yeah, weve been seeing him as a kid in flashbacks all along. Im not
bothered that weve seen him without the helmet (the kid looks like
someone who would grow up to look like Pedro Pascal), but I am
disappointed that weve learned his name. I enjoyed all the Western
tropes and preferred he stay the Man With No Name.

So since I can post here

I rather enjoyed the series who would thought baby yoda would steal the show.

I didn't care for the helmet removal but all things considered its a minor gripe

I hate that they killed off Kuiil

The little nod to Iron Man in episode 3 was cute The tattoine episode was really
the only one I didn't like idk felt unnecessary and I didn't need more of Mos
Eisley Mando having to go retrieve something from Jabba's palace would have
been more interesting

I will say the baby getting dropped punched & being in the middle of firefights
got unsettling ... I will give them credit for making care about a little green
puppet tho

Now that the show is digging into the continuity of CLONE WARS and
REBELS, Id like to see Katee Sackhoff as Bo-Katan and Tiya Sircar as
Sabine Wren in live-action. Katee sort of looks like her character, and
Sabine can just keep her helmet on.

I've been telling people that I think it's the best Star Wars since the original trilogy.

About the unmasking: I wish the series hadn't revealed his face (as an adult, at least), for a good while, but I am genuinely surprised it didn't happen sooner. That noted,  now that it's been done,  I suspect we'll soon see less of him wearing the helmet in the future. My guess is the writers will find a reason for him to break the code for never removing the helmet in front of other living beings.

Loved the series, my son and I are hooked.

Didn't mind the removal of the helmet... figured it was coming, and the whole conceit of never removing the helmet to begin with feels rather contrived, and just opens-up too many awkward questions!

Ahsoka!!

-

When Mando asks if he has to reunite The Child with the race of enemy
sorcerers, I thought of Ahsoka. I doubt theyd try to recast Luke and
Leia, so its Ahsoka, a grown-up Ezra, or a planet of Yodas.

I also didn't mind the un-masking in front of the droid. I sort of wonder whether it was some kind of SAG requirement that the actor show their face at least once?

Long Wolf & Cub with blasters, I can dig it.

Yeah, the unmasking was inevitable just the a matter of why or how.
I was cool with it.
Sorry to see IG go. For being my most disposable toy figure when I was a kid they sure made "him" fun to watch!

I thought IG-88 and FX-7 (medical droid) were the two coolest figures in the entire STAR WARS line back in the day.

I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of IG-11.

I wouldnt describe FX-7 as a cool figure, but I probably got the most
mileage with play features on a Star Wars figure, clicking his arms in
and out of their slots. It was an 80s fidget spinner.

I doubt there is such a requirement.  There are many roles where an actor's face is covered, or not shown. It's just thay typically a lead actor in a movie or series will not have their face covered the entire duration, especially if they have some celebrity.
