Bill, I believe a humor issue of "What If..." addressed that situation.

WHOOPS! Bill, it turns out I misremembered : In "What If..." # 34, there's a gag "Black Bolt Got The Hiccups." So, it was hiccups, not sneezing. Sorry 'bout that!

In their first ongoing series, Jack Kirby had a panel where Black Bolt was shown his thoughts (reproduced below).  To my knowledge, this is the only time this was shown.

Small lesson in why Jack needed Stan.

Matt, either way, it`s an involuntary function, that may
cause serious problems!

Inhumans don't sneeze. Any of 'em. I'm sure of it.

In a Fantastic Four Annual (#21?), Black Bolt goes to Crystal (on the Moon, if I remember right) to convince her to rejoin the Inhumans. He whispers, and the force is just enough to stagger her back a few feet. And I believe he only whispers one word.

I no longer have the comic, so I cannot go confirm what he whispered.

Classic example of writers "breaking" stuff.

That wasn’t even lettered to indicate he whispered.
