Weird, some people have gone from him supposedly being a normal married father of three children of his own, to this? I knew something was up at least by the "I have a special misunderstood love" thing he tried to say once.

Yeah, he didn't kill people... that we know about! Whatta great guy. :^D

I won't even go into how far from king of anything he really rates musically, but he, oh let's say 'required' people who worked for or with him, and Sony music, to refer to him as king. That's beyond nutty stuff like the riders for bowls of only red M&Ms some added into their contracts! I just figured he paid for things with that nose and the 'special milk' he needed to sleep at night with his life, people should pretty much just drop the defenses, and to some extent, the prosecutions.

Damn. And people said Prince had a big ego. And yeah, he did. But not THAT big. And he was never anywhere near as f*cked up a person as Jackson.

(Everything Jackson did after THRILLER was forgettable anyway. Prince? It was like "oh, you don't like this one album? Maybe you'll like the three-CD-set coming out in March...")

The trajectory of Jackson post mirrors Jimmy Savile in my mind.

Except there were many rumours while Jackson was alive (that were in the public domain far more than the Savile rumours were) . It is tragic to see people defending him blindly and calling it all a witch hunt when really they should be say 'We need a thorough investigation in to this one way or the other'. Blocking such an investigation post Savile is dangerous.
