Carl Reiner showed up MAD ABOUT YOU as Alan Brady, his character from THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW.

Helen Hunt and Leila Kenzie showed up on FRIENDS as their MAD ABOUT YOU characters (but I believe they weren't identified by name) and mistook Pheobe for her twin Ursula, who Lisa Kudrow played on MAD ABOUT YOU.

Another MAD ABOUT YOU crossover: On SEINFELD, Kramer's apartment was Paul's old bachelor pad. Problem with that is, MAD ABOUT YOU was also a show in the SEINFELD universe.

I believe its already been mentioned that NCIS (and all its spinoffs) are a spinoff of JAG
---------------------------
Which makes this a crazy crossover how?

Green Hornet and Batman... They weren't previously connected, were they? But there were a couple of crossovers of the Dozier-connected series.

Edina and Patsy from Ab Fab cropped up in Roseanne land, which is plain weird.

One of the craziest things I've read about (and I didn't actually watch it, so I am relating this second-hand) is Alf turning up in Mr Robot.

Richard Belzer has appeared on a lot of different shows as his HOMICIDE: LIFE ON THE STREET character, John Munch. He moved to LAW AND ORDER SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT when HOMICIDE ended. (The shows did crossovers despite being crearted by different people.)

But, he's also appeared as Munch on THE X-FILES, 30 ROCK, THE WIRE, THE UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT, and several other shows.

Incidentally, Jon Seda has done crossovers with LAW AND ORDER as two different characters on two different shows: as Paul Falsone on HOMICIDE, and as Antonio Dawson on CHICAGO P.D. Both characters being police detectives.  And, for a short time, he played Dawson on a spin-off called  CHICAGO JUSTICE, which was for all intents and purposes LAW AND ORDER CHICAGO without the name, theme or opening narration. It only lasted one season, and then his character moved back to CHICAGO P.D.

I watched the first episode of the Magnum reboot, and
noticed that the coroner was the same as in Hawaii Five-
O.

Not much of a stretch, since both shows are on CBS and set in Hawaii. I'm surprised there hasn't been any crossovers involving both shows and/or MACGYVER yet...

(And if there have been, I'm not aware.)

They’ve used a few of the ancillary characters from FIVE-0 on MAGNUM, so far. No leads, tho. And no mention of any of MAGNUM’s characters on FIVE-0 yet, either.

The way they brought in Tim Russert (Meet the Press) as the cousin of Megan Rusert on Homicide I always thought was genius.

Odd that the television legacy of Homicide Life on the Streets is Detective Munch and not the show.  Damn shame it doesn't stream anywhere

You can't get much crazier than Webster Meets Star Trek: TNG.

Referring to Lucy Meets Superman at the beginning of the thread, based on what was seen on screen, it always seemed to me that Lucy actually met Superman, not George Reeves as Superman.

Bill Nye appears as a fictionalized version of himself as Patterson's dad on BLINDSPOT and also showed up on BIG BANG THEORY.  Does that connect the worlds of Sheldon & Leonard and Jane Doe?

Well, both Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson showed up on Stargate Atlantis as themselves.  Not quite sure if that qualifies or not, but they both have TV shows of their own.

Mulder and Scully (and Leonard Nimoy) showed up to investigate a case on an episode of THE SIMPSONS.

Later, a lazy nuclear power plant operator named "Homer" met an unfortunate fate on THE-X-FILES.
