Ok, so while I didn't get excited about the new trailer, I also feel, in this case, that is a good thing. I LIKE that I have no clue what is going to happen next...;-)

I take it back, even though it has been leaked about Hawkeye's identity, I still got goosebumps seeing him. I feel his (presumed) pain.

What do you think? Could A4 beat any and all movie opening records? I believe it will.

The Benatar was a gift to the Guardians from the Nova Corps for their role in defending Nova Prime from Ronan.  It appeared to be essentially a new replica of his old ship...which was given to him by Yondu as a member of the Ravagers.  Recall that the Ravagers had many ships that looked like The Milano in their fleet."

This all went down in GOTG Vol1.

Dang. I have to pay more attention.

So, it was the Benatar that got virtually destroyed during GOTG2, and they rebuilt that?

The ship wasn't shown as taking any damagae in IW, that I recall.

And if it's a ravager ship...shouldn't it have Earth coordinates in its memory banks somewhere? Just saying...they've been there...

Thanos threw a crumbled Moon at Stark. I figure the Benatar took damage from that. And Stark is starving because Thor took all the food with him in the Pod to Nidavellir. And I don't think CM saves Stark. I think it's Craglin.

Why Craglin?  What makes you think that?

I like that the trailers really aren't saying much, they're just about maintaining the mood and giving a little bit of hope. No one needs to see plot nuggets - just tease us and move on!

I absolutely adore Larson’s little smirk/grin. She did it in her movie too. Love it.

Love the vibe of this trailer...the Avengers have been knocked down but
they’ve gotten back up now and are going to take care of business, kick
some ass, and fix things.

Looks like Tony and Nebula get rescued from space. I'm assuming, of course, that the stranded spaceship scenes take place before the Earth scenes shown here (but since Tony and Nebula were the only one left alive on Titan, it seems to follow)

Apparently, some time has passed between Scott's drop into the Quantum Realm at the end of his last movie (and IW) and this scene (as the "Missing" signs look weathered and the house/yard behind him seems unkempt).

Could be...months?

Long enough that the world seems to be trying to move on.

(I'm wondering...is M'Baku king of Wakanda, now? Or is Shiri Queen? Or does leadership fall to Ramonda?)

Is that Peggy Carter narrating the middle part? About starting over...? Then they immediatley show her coffin being carried, and then flashbacks of other characters that have died...Odin, Falcon, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch...Hmmmm....

I'm ready for this. Checking for ticket sales daily...

Are we sure who other than Okoye survived The Snap?

I’m betting she puts on the Black Panther suit as a predetermined ‘OH SHIT!” moment in the movie.  But Shuri (if she is alive) is Queen of Wakanda.  Pure speculation on my part...

And yes, that was Peggy’s voice.  Peggy SHOULD have been in Captain Marvel.  Imagine her appearing in the end...asking Fury for a briefing on his recent excursion.  She might have still been SHIELD director in the 90’s.  Another great bet missed by a pretty good movie.

Chills.  Chills, chills and more chills.

GREAT trailer, looking forward to this one.  You have to give the Russos and Marvel credit for seemingly going above & beyond and not just giving us "INFINITY WAR, PART 2"... ENDGAME looks and feels like a solid separate film of its own, and not just an endless final act unnecessarily split into two parts, like BREAKING DAWN, MOCKINGJAY and THE DEATHLY HALLOWS before it.

That’s impossible, because according to internet bros, she was wooden and expressionless throughout the entire movie, with zero emotional range.

The same people who made a stink over Black Panther are making a stink about Captain Marvel and they'll be the ones making a stink about the Shang-Chi movie slated for Phase Four.

They're the #MAGA dipshits of the comic book world.

"That’s impossible, because according to internet bros, she was wooden and expressionless throughout the entire movie, with zero emotional range."

That type of criticism is so blatantly sexist... did they say the same things about Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chadwick Boseman, et al, when they sternly scowled throughout their own trailers & films?

It's the age-old double-standard:  If the guys do it, they're big & tough & dramatic.  The second a woman does it, she's a bitch!

The subtleties of her expressions, when they were subtle, were perfect...just plain perfect.

And of course they wouldn't even know that, since those types of dingledumbs are boycotting the movie anyway!

They aren't boycotting the film due to the fact they are able to describe certain scenes the movie.

What is Captain Marvel's power level? Is she basically
Superman?

Is it going to be Superman showing up to clean up
everyone's mess?

They haven't really defined the range of her powers, other than she can fly and blow the shit out of stuff with her energy blasts.

Still, in the face of The Infinity Gauntlet, she'd still be completely insignificant. One on one with regular Thanos ... maybe partnered with Thor ... that's a different story :)

Why does her power level mater? She can do what she can do. Is it really important to know if she's stronger than the Hulk, faster than Thor, or more explosively blasting than Iron Man?

YMMV, but I just watch the movies to see what they can do, per the director. Maybe the closest I got to this was Age of Ultron when Steve moved Mjolnir the slightest bit (and the absolutely splendid look on Thor's face!)

It takes me out of the movie to wonder about how strong, how fast, how energetic a character is. (And it's even MORE distracting, if I let it, because I know this character for forty-odd years... I have to prevent myself from comparing Ms. Marvel, Binary, Warbird, and Captain Marvel!)

I think people are curious as to why Fury summoned her now - with no real knowledge of what was going on- instead of in the past. We, as moviegoers, know why - it's all part of the hype machine and money - but in story, what makes her crucial? What's her edge?

I'm guessing they never address it or it'll possibly be something huge during the coming conflict.
