It's funny, a woman at work said it 'seemed fast' that tickets were already on sale. I said' are you crazy? This has been the longest year of my life!'

My wife scored two tickets for a movie theater within walking distance. She's MARVELous!

I have some issues with INFINITY WAR, but this one looks positively epic, in every sense of the word.

Instant lump in the throat for me with:

"You trust me?"

"I do."

I think we are staring at the deeper side of 3 billion with this one...

Holy Moley was it HARD scoring tickets!!!!  Iím in the house for Saturday but my seats aenít My preferred Ďcenter/centerí selections.  The GF and I will be on the left side aisle of the auditorium.  but for a 3+ hour movie at least going to the bathroom wonít be too tough.

Who am I kidding?  Iím not getting up for a damn thing!

With the help of fellow board member and great friend, Doug Jones, we were able to secure tix to two showings: one Saturday and one Sunday.  The Saturday show is at the TCL Chinese Theatre with the most seating capacity of any IMAX in the world and the third largest screen (period) in North America.  It's a great venue to watch movies since the renovation and am looking forward to another fellow board member, Bob Simko, having his first Chinese Theatre experience there with us.  Six hours with the AVENGERS over a single day.  I'm so down!

If tickets stay available, I may try for a 10:30 Thurs night showing then go with the family to the 6 or 7 pm showing on Friday.

I'm off from work on Friday, the 26th, and just bought a single ticket for the 10:30am showing*. The theater's site showed only 5 other seats taken to this point.

Same theater I got 2 good seats for on Thursday night as soon as they were available (hit the site about 11:40am yesterday).
I guess it's a smaller chain, and perhaps not subject to the glut that the bigger ones suffered from, but it's the nicest theater within a 50-mile radius of my house. About a 10-minute drive.

*I don't imagine the wife is down for an additional 3 hours and 2 minutes, hence the single ticket the next day. She loves RDJ and the Chris's as much as the next girl, but there evidently can be too much of a good thing. She likes the MCU movies, but she doesn't LOVE them, as I do. She was a trooper and made it thru two showings of INFINITY WAR, one in IMAX. She does like that in the latest ENDGAME trailer, Iron Man and Captain America are friends, again. She doesn't think superheroes should fight each other (can you tell she never read comics?).

The Vue cinema at Star City in Birmingham, UK is showing Endgame 46 times on opening day - that's not including the midnight screenings, of which there are 6, with an additional 3 screenings starting at midnight the following night.

That is crazy. But, it means that people can definitely see it opening day.

(I'm hoping Thor's new axe meets up with Thanos in a particularly nasty and fitting way...)

I guarantee Thor will "go for the head" this time, only to realize that, of course, Thanos is ready for it.

All I want is my Hulk/Thanos rematch.

The only thing thing that I will be really disapointed if itís not in there is a shot of the original five Avengers together and no one else. That would be so cool.

Brian M. - IS there an original five Avengers in the MCU? "The Avengers" seemed to be the first assemblage, and that was certainly six, and Hank and Jan had nothing to do with it. However, you're right; the first five comic book Avengers WOULD be inordinately cool together!

I might have (and still might) be more excited to see the six original X-Men on a mission in one of the upcoming movies. Even a flashback if they're going to kill Jean yet again...

Just got invited to the Hollywood premiere. All expenses paid!

Circumstances compel me to decline (courteously), but, wow, how times have changed at Marvel since the "Good Old Days"!!

I mean...if Captain America dies/resigns/stay in the (alternate) past and they save Hank, Jan, and Hope...

We know a Hulk solo movie is likely not going to be a thing. There probably won't be more Iron Man solo movies...not starring RDJ, anyway.

There's been no Ant-Man/Wasp sequel announced...

Thor's only home is Earth, now (unless they undo Ragnarok).

Maybe the new MCU core team will be the original core team.

Although, really, I think it would be cool if the Banner/Hulk and the (unnamed) Valkryie end up staying at Dr. Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum after the conflict...wouldn't hurt my feelings if Luke Cage and Daredevil were to show up, either.
