Looking forward to the premiere!

JB, I've been meaning to ask - I know that you're generally not a fan of MacFarlane's comedy projects, but was there any scene in THE ORVILLE that made you laugh?

(My biggest laugh was Isaac's prank on Gordon)

Much of ORVILLE has made me laugh. Happily, for the right reasons!

First, really looking forward to the next season.

Second, when Bortus and Klyden teach Capt. Mercer how to play Latchkum, my brother and I were pretty much in tears.

Third, wonder what a JB teleplay would be like!  :)

Bortus' dead pan delivery got me to laugh out loud* at least once in just about every episode.

*not an easy thing for me, usually a grin is about as far as I go nowadays.

I enjoyed season one and that's a nice trailer.  Hopefully they can keep it up in season two!

Low bar these days to be sure, but THE ORVILLE was a standout network series last season.  Equal parts original and familiar.  Really looking forward to its return.

I guess we can have high hopes for the first episode, since it was shot as the final episode of the first season. Will the decline be precipitous thereafter? Hope not!

I could not resist a story in which Isaac has to pose as a human....

Holy mackerel, Mr. Byrne! I've already got money set aside for that book! I'd love to see you open THAT jar of pickles!

Ohh, interesting!

Makes me wanna see Isaac and Lt. Yaphit both having to pose as humans as some daring duo / buddy cop team.  Naturally, they'd be played by Norm MacDonald & Mark Jackson.
