I just got this from a LCS. Did anyone else pick this up. It has the first two stories from Lee/Kirby, a story or two with Buscema art and JB Galactus stories to round it out. The darn thing is as big as a twice up, artist edition. Then you get to the price tag, fifty bucks. Considering the the size of this thing it's quite a bargain. Definitely my favorite comicbook buy in a while.

Mr Churay, I own it.
I wasn't entirely sure I'd read the middle stories prior to buying this, but glad I got up to speed.
It's my life's work to read every Galactus story.

Got a comp, when asked for. Beautiful package (and very flattering, of course!). Definitely a case of Don’t Drop It On Your Foot.

When I saw pictures of how big it was online, I had to have it.
According to the box it came in, it weighs 12.6 pounds.
All it needs is legs (ala Kramers coffee table book about coffee tables) and it could be it's own table, lol.

Guys, is this collection on glossy paper, or is it flat? I really don't like the glossy paper, too shiny - love the old newsprint. Thanks!

The paper has a sheen to it, but it's not full on glossy.
