I liked Season 3 a lot, probably the best season so far for DD in my opinion, but I have a few problems with it:

Karen Page: I feel the pacing of the show hits a wall with every scene she's in. I felt this way about her scenes in season 1 &  2 as well. They spend so much time with her and it's not all that interesting. She is a great actor, but I find the material boring.

DD Vision: I was disappointed (again) by the lack of seeing the world through DD's eyes. We saw it once in season 1 and then that was it.

No costume at all: I wish we could have seen him in costume at the end standing on a roof or something. I get it, he doesn't have one anymore, but at the same time it would have been nice to him back in full form at Matt & DD.

Gladiator: This is more of a minor quibble, but Matt doesn't even acknowledge Gladiator's fate when he finds him toward the end?

So maybe that means in season 4 (please let there be one!) we'll see a costume that's closer to the traditional DD suit? With an emblem?

Netflix gave the DAREDEVIL the axe just over a month after the show’s third season premiered. The move came shortly after they moved to cancel IRON FIST and LUKE CAGE. I'm sure that Jessica Jones and The Punisher will meet the same fate when their upcoming seasons premiere.

Seems Netflix is done with producing content featuring Marvel characters.

Having finally finished Season 3, I am pissed about the cancelation.

I loved this series, even if I wasn't totally happy with the DD costume (granted, it was in the dark most of the time, so it didn't matter that much that there was no DD emblem).

Charlie Cox, who was perfect as Matt Murdock/DD, is also heartbroken:

There damn well better be some DD movies coming, complete with the regular cast (Cox, Debra Ann Wohl, Vincent D'Onfrio, Elden Henson, et al.).

Anybody know why Steve Englehart and Billy Graham were included in the "Thanks" section at the end of Episode 11?  I'm thinking there must have been a character used from early LUKE CAGE issues--was it Esther Falb?  (Lesley Ann Warren did a great speech in her single scene!)

Ben Donovan, the lawyer, was created by Englehart and Graham.

I'm hoping that's exactly what they do. The entire world is already set up so they can just take the ball and run with it.

They'd just need to tweak Daredevil's costume. Too utilitarian, not enough pizzazz...and I'd like to see the DD chest emblem.

Apparently part of the reason for these quick cancellations after the last filmed series end are because of a contract clause with Netflix that says that Marvel can't use the characters for 2 years after cancellation.  So they're trying to get that clock ticking as quickly as possible.

Great!  Thanks, Michael Roberts!  It's sort of fun trying to figure out the "Thanks" section on all these shows--but aggravating when I can't!
