JB - Yellowjacket had his powers boosted during the Marvel Team-Up run you did with Chris. This might be considered an early example of your later penchant of "rebooting" of other major characters.

Do you remember how much input you had regarding this? It was a theme carried nicely through the Avengers vs. Nefaria stories you drew, then was dropped as other artists seemingly had no idea how to effectively show his increased powers. Thanks!

I had zero input on this. The decision was made "on high", and Chris and I were instructed to implement it in this issue. (Typically, no one thought to send me reference on his boosted power worked, so I took a guess. Turned out I was right!)

Thank you for the answer. I thought it was very well done and a shame no one else seemed to "get it" enough to explore it further.

I loved how his wings lit up with the energy when he fired his blasts. Cool effect!

More of Chris having characters think in paragraphs. LONG paragraphs!

"As I awoke this morning and contemplated the sunrise through the oak trees lining the easterly side of my yard, it occurred to me that OH MY GOD I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A FIGHT!!"
