  • Giants at Panthers
  • Jaguars at Chiefs

  • Dolphins at Bengals
  • Falcons at Steelers
  • Ravens at Browns
  • Broncos at Jets

As for a potential tie:  Dolphins & Bengals

Patriots

Panthers - Done picking the Gi-ain'ts until further notice.
Jaguars
Titans
Dolphins
Falcons
Browns - Purely going with my gut on this.
Jets
Packers
Chargers - The Raiders are the new Browns
Cardinals - What Kevin said.
Rams - Hard to go against their D
Eagles
Cowboys

Saints

Hope I'm wrong picking the Patriots, Packers and Eagles. (ie, I don't like those teams at all.)

  • Colts at Patriots

Sunday, October 7

  • Giants at Panthers
  • Jaguars at Chiefs- Mahomes is for real. Completing passes with both hands!
  • Titans at Bills
  • Dolphins at Bengals- This is a tough one.
  • Falcons at Steelers- no faith in the Steelers
  • Ravens at Browns
  • Broncos at Jets
  • Packers at Lions- need this going into a bye.
  • Raiders at Chargers
  • Cardinals at 49ers
  • Rams at Seahawks- trap game for the Rams' first loss
  • Vikings at Eagles- unless the Vikes D suddenly shows up.
  • Cowboys at Texans- the Cowboys just are not good.

Monday, October 8

  • Redskins at Saints- another tough one , going home team.
TIE-  Vikings, Eagles. When's the last time somebody had 2 ties in a season?

Patriots.  It would be nice for Luck to have a good game, though.

The rest...

Sunday, October 7

  • Giants at Panthers
  • Jaguars at Chiefs - Which Bortles shows up?  It's Arrowhead, so I'll pick the home team.
  • Titans at Bills
  • Dolphins at Bengals
  • Falcons at Steelers
  • Ravens at Browns
  • Broncos at Jets
  • Packers at Lions
  • Raiders at Chargers
  • Cardinals at 49ers
  • Rams at Seahawks
  • Vikings at Eagles - If we're going to make something out of this season, it has to happen now. So, yes, I believe.
  • Cowboys at Texans

Monday, October 8

  • Redskins at Saints - I think Hagerman will pick the Saints, so I'm betting on MNF drama!
Over to you, frenemy!

Sunday, October 7

  • Giants at Panthers
  • Jaguars at Chiefs - Might have been a problem on the road..
  • Titans at Bills - I have no faith in you, Buffalo.  Therefore you will win.  But still.
  • Dolphins at Bengals
  • Falcons at Steelers - Falcons' defense might be even worse than Pittsburgh's.  Time for them to pull it together and get a decisive W.  Fun fact: Steelers lead the series 13-2-1, their best record against any franchise.
  • Ravens at Browns - Browns are closer, but not there.  Ravens D should feast on the rookie QB
  • Broncos at Jets
  • Packers at Lions
  • Raiders at Chargers
  • Cardinals at 49ers  (MATT DISAGREES!) - Just a feeling.
  • Rams at Seahawks
  • Vikings at Eagles - Are The Eagles suffering post-SB blues?
  • Cowboys at Texans - Three lead changes in this game

Monday, October 8

  • Redskins at Saints (MATT DISAGREES!) - *CHOMP* Mmm!  MmmmHMMMM!  This bait is delicious!
TIE: Falcons at Steelers

*High fives  Allan*

We were the only two to pick the Browns over the Ravens this week.

The 49ers won every numerical measurement in that game, some of them decisively... except the score.  Amazing.

We have a winner!  Only Allan Summerall picked the Bills to defeat the Titans.  Well done, Allan.  Pin this on:

With a SNF/MNF split, I go 10-5 on the week and 1-1 v Hagerman. For the season I'm 42-34-2 and 7-7 v Hagerman.  Our closest contest in years!

10-5 on the week, 47-29-2 overall.  Nice jobs Kevin and Allan... can't figure out the Bills, whose decisive road win over the Vikings and decisive follow-up loss to the Packers seemed like two different teams.

8-7 this week. Barely a win but an "I Called It!" makes it all good. HIgh-Five back at ya Brian! Thanks Rick. I can't figure the Bills either. Both them and the Browns were "gut-picks" for whatever reason.

As an AFC North fan, I think it's awesome that the Browns winning was neither a Charlie Brown nor someone's I CALLED IT! award.
