Looks like the word marvel is putting in a space between r and v that won't go away. Anyhow y'all get the idea!

I never followed much of the comic character, but like all the films, I am definitely looking forward to this one.

Nice to see my favorite version of Captain Marvel referenced in the pictures.  I wish they had gone that direction.

I know next-to-nothing about this new version of Captain Marvel, but that's okay... Brie Larson gets my vote!

Carol's new backstory seems more in the realm of Nova Corps or Green Lantern, but at least this won't be an origin movie. Everything else I'm liking.

Agreed with Mr. Byrne... especially a powerhouse like Ms. - I mean, Captain Mar-Vell.

Hell with it. I want my She-Hulk movie and I want it soon!

Trailer is up.

Marvel and the effects houses they work with really have the old 'Make them look younger' sorted don't they? Jackson looks incredible

So it seems Carol has no (few) memories of her life on Earth before she becomes Capt. Marvel.

Interesting.

The trailer doesnít show much in the way of action, but we are getting a close look at Carol and her backstory right up front.  And we need to hope Carolís Skrull detecting skills are up to snuff....or else the old lady on the bus is dead.

Looking forward to much more!

As Carol Danvers/Ms.Marvel/Captain Marvel is a LONGTIME favorite of mine, I WANT very badly to love this movie... however, I am having a difficult time getting past my dislike of Brie Larson being cast in the lead.

Looks fine, nothing mind-blowing... to these eyes, all of the Marvel movies & trailers are starting to look the same.

But my kids and I will be there opening weekend!

Interweaving a younger Fury and Coulson is a nifty move, but the rest looks kind of ho-hum.

My only reservation about the film is that they didn't pick Charlize Theron for the starring role. But otherwise, cool!

Also, the "Starforce" and their green outfits, Carol Danvers' past as a fighter jockey is going to make comparisons to the Green Lantern movie inevitable. And if the movie is a really big hit, it's going to make another Green Lantern movie difficult. Just as Thanos is going to overshadow Darkseid if and when he pops up in a DC movie.

I love how marvel give roles to actors that have not been in blockbuster movies for years. Further showing the love & appreciation they have for movies in general

That Infinity War poster - not one single, lone,
solitary mask or helmet to be seen.
