Even though I left Josh Gordon in (busy Sunday morning) the bench only would have gotten me 5 points anyway. It wasn't meant to be. Time to shuffle the deck with this roster!

What? I lost to MATT?!? Probably his first and only win for the year, too. Even with a good showing from my groin-y kicker, it wouldn't have been enough against a strong showing. Onward and upward! Marc is usually a pretty weak opponent  :^)

How do I have an empty spot on my bench and how do I get rid of it?

You don't have an empty spot even though it says you do.  Yahoo automatically removed Daniel Carlson from the Iron Avengers  active roster because he's not available to play as he was released by the Vikings for missing key field goals that would have won us the game v the Packers.  Since Iron Avengers haven't dropped him yet, they slid Carlson to the bench, but that created an empty slot.  Thus your empty that's not really an "empty" if you catch my drift.

As soon as Iron Avengers swaps Carlson out and puts that kicker among his active players, your empty slot will disappear.

No one grabbed Gio Bernard with Joe Mixon out for weeks with a knee? I didn't bother putting in a waiver claim because I was sure that it wasn't a possibility. There he was this morning though. You guys are swell!

I was #7 on waivers this week and was sure someone was going to grab the second most accurate kicker of all time in Dan Bailey before I could.  Nope!

Yeah you got  Bryant before I could!

I need Gimpy Julio (imagine what he could do if he was healthy all season) to get a TD and my whole team to do better than projected to take down theOMACs!

Look at the last two weeks, Joe. It's not that tall a task.

Dave makes a slam, but it's also because he's an Ohio guy.  He knows those two teams (how that state has two teams I'll never know).  So, sure, he's tuned into the RB situation in Cincy.  I don't give two shits about Ohio.  But most aren't tuned into the moves Minnesota makes either, which I am, so is not picking up Gio really a "gift" to the Fists more than Bailey?  Negligible, but we'll see come Sunday afternoon.

For the record, I've had Bernard on my FF teams before and he was boom or bust. Even as lead back he wasn't anything more than RB2.  So he's not really that much of a "get" especially during a week where byes aren't affecting anyone.

I don't know, he may suck, but Mixon has been a top back and he's injured and will definitely be out for several weeks, recovering from a scoped knee, and I had him as a starter. Gio is the guy in his place and is a top add in Fantasy. I don't any more attuned to Cincy than I am every other player in the league. I have a few other lineups in other leagues, and I'm paying pretty close attention. I really needed to replace Mixon with his handcuff and there he was. So thanks! Gio is projected for 17 points this week. We'll see.

(This isnít commentary on Joeís management skills. Just amazement.)

Gio only scored 19.60, in a losing effort. I'll take it.

What the hell happened to Minnesota today? Shocked by the Bills. It's jaw dropping.

Trap game.  We overlooked the Bills because everyone said we were at least 16 point favorites.  Got caught looking ahead to the Rams without showing much effort at home this week.  Terrible, embarrassing loss.

Much like the Bills, The Macho Men get back on track by destroying everything Reed holds dear.

yeah. I was debating  ridley. Seems like he's the go to for TDs.  Not gettiing the kicker off the bench (which I thought sure I had) didn't help my case any either. Do Itrust Carr enough to keep starting Cooper?
Luck did not give me the Same Charge that Rivers would have.

HELP my TE has Eli'ed and he can't get up!

A lot of decisons going into week 4.

HA!  I benefited both ways this week in two different leagues.  Whereas I lost our league because of the terrible showing by the Vikes and having started three players and the defense, I won in my other league because of the ineptitude of the Patriots and Brady (my opponent's QB) putting up less than stellar numbers.  Ah well.  Any given Sunday.

I tried this year to keep from overloading on one team. AP's move into my starting lineup does give me two Redskins (of all teams) but it's starting to work. This week will be interesting with the byes starting to be a factor.

Matt, just to complete your roster, you want to trade Burton for Rudolph?

I don't know if I've ever started a season 3-0...I like it!

Now I just need to pick up a backup QB...not sure how I missed that in the draft...
